1-Responsible for managing the comprehensive compliance program
2-Execute and revise policies and procedures in accordance with legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.
3-Review business processes, services and client and vendor relationships to identify and mitigate compliance risks and producing the Group Risk Register.
4-Collaborate with all functional areas to develop and modify processes to address identified risk
5-Implement and manage compliance assessments and audits plan.
6-Review contracts for compliance and privacy related issues.
7-Coordinate and deliver training to employees on compliance program and policies.
8-Preparing self-assessment control questionnaire to assess the company’s policies.
9- Necessary academically graduate also required.
10- Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery implementations
