‎ The main part of the job description of the compliance Manager:‎ ‎1-Responsible for managing the comprehensive compliance program ‎2-Execute and revise policies and procedures in accordance with legal, ethical and regulatory ‎requirements.‎ ‎3-Review business processes, services and client and vendor relationships to identify and ‎mitigate compliance risks and producing the Group Risk Register.‎ ‎ 4-Collaborate with all functional areas to develop and modify processes to address identified ‎risk ‎ 5-Implement and manage compliance assessments and audits plan.‎ ‎6-Review contracts for compliance and privacy related issues.‎ ‎ 7-Coordinate and deliver training to employees on compliance program and policies.‎ ‎ 8-Preparing self-assessment control questionnaire to assess the company’s policies.‎ ‎ 9- Necessary academically graduate also required.‎ ‎10- Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery implementations
