Sales Team Leader
About the Job
Main Job Duties:
• Lead, direct, manage your team to achieve their monthly sales targets
• Provides the training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals.
• Setting targets for the team and achieving them.
• Perform outdoor visits to sites with clients & team members.
• Create a positive working environment for all team members.
• Provide support and follow up for team members during selling process.
• Building database of customer leads with the operations team .
• Building system for the sales process and assign regular tasks.
• Review journals and websites to be up to date with the market and participate in meetings and seminars.
• The work environment is typically fast-paced, and the team leader is often moving from one task to another, answering questions, holding meetings, delegating responsibilities, and acting as a voice of encouragement.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Manage a team of 4 or more telesales agents and direct sales reps. who will target and approach potential clients to sell them our privilege and discount cards.
• Achieve your own monthly sales target
• Collaborate with management and your peers to discover best practices and brainstorm ideas to solve challenges big and small.
• Identify opportunities for individual and team performance improvement, follow an improvement process, and bridge the gap.
• Positively resolve conflict and achieve excellent results by balancing a sense of empathy, care, and performance with customers and staff.
• Take care of some administrative tasks like managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, managing team schedule adherence, and monitoring performance results.
Job Requirements
• Have previous solid supervisory sales experience in both telesales and direct sales, not less than 5 years.
• Take full accountability to achieve your sales target from the first month.
• Possess a strong sales background with the ability to drive results for your team
• Are a strong leader and good relationship builder.
• Have a naturally positive attitude.
• Know your way around Microsoft Office products.
• Is a problem-solver with a genuine desire to help people be successful.
• Can work on more than one thing at a time and know how to prioritize.
• Are ready to be part of a team and contribute to our companies' success.
• Based in Cairo
• Good command of English Language.
• Goal and target oriented
• Positive, proactive and results driven personality.
• Professional attitude, punctual, presentable and customer service focused.
