Main Duties:
• Driving the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and implementing master visual, and campaign concepts.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Follow up and directing a team of designers, and guiding them through the implementation of their work.
• Set the deadlines for projects, and ensure all creative work is delivered on time in line with our creative director.
• Coordinate with the Account Manager in ensuring client briefs are met.
• Reporting directly to the Executive Director.
• Following designer requirements, capabilities, and performance.

• An impressive portfolio and a flair for strong, concept-based design.
• A proven track record of delivering great creative concepts.
• 10+ years of experience working with advertising agencies.
• Diverse and strong experience working in Digital experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe design suite (AI, Photoshop, In Design, Muse, AE, PR, etc..)
