1- Plan and oversee all maintenance activities for the production machineries. 2- Allocate daily workload to the team and oversee the performance of the team. Ensure Technicians adhere to all SOPs and Company Policy 3- Ensure adequate Preventive Maintenance schedules in place and implemented. 4- Monitor the health of the machinery on daily basis through inspections and take necessary corrective and preventive actions wherever required. 5- Ensure all maintenance related documentation (Breakdown logs, PM Work sheets etc) is maintained and MIS to management provided timely. 6- Ensure that proper Spare Parts Inventory levels are maintained at all times. Advice parts required and follow up of orders 7- Ensure control on the expenses related to machinery spares and repairs cost. 8- Manage Projects related technical improvements or plant capacity enhancement independently or support Dept. head incase of larger projects. 9- Drive TPM culture within the team. Be part of the lean team in driving TPM roll out. 10- Technical training to Maintenance Staff and all Operators for technical skill enhancement.
