1. Looking after Boiler, compressor, chillers, elevators, material handling equip, emts, water treatment plant. 2. Manage Infrastructural projects ( Factory building expansion..etc). 3. Building maintenance management. 4. Managing 3 technicians and 1 Engineer supervisor. Requirements: 1. 10 years’ experience. 2. Mechanical Engineer. 3. Strong technical knowledge of plant utilities and its maintenance. 4. Project Management skills in Greenfield project is a must. 5. Hands on Civil projects. 6. Auto cad. 7. Highly preferable to be SAP user. 8. Very good in English Language. 9. Perfect PC and Internet Skills. 10.
