1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
• Direct the workflow and the functioning of the export sales processes and activities in an efficient way, and motivate sales export team to achieve their sales objective and targets.
• Collaborate with the top management to define sales pricing policy, and make sure that all subordinates adhere to the agreed upon policy.
• Monitor competition and competitors profiles in the market, and submit competition intelligence reports when available.
• Set methods and mechanisms for smooth workflow between Sales, Customer Service and Production processes, to ensure that delivery of products are within the agreed time frames.
• Negotiate and approve exceptional prices and quotations provided to clients depending on the volume and portfolio, after aligning with the General manager.
• Follow up with Customer Service Department the status of the processed orders to manage shipping priorities and to make sure orders will be delivered within the agreed timeframes.
• Present customer satisfaction survey results to the sales team in order to enhance the customer experience within the sales division, and revert to the customers in case of any mismanagement.
• Implement credit facilities and payment terms as per the approved credit policy.
2. REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
2.1 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• University degree in marketing or business studies
• Minimum experience of 5 years in sales and customer service
• Fluent English in both oral and written.
• French language is a preferable
• He will be subject to travel .
• B2B sales , Export experience .
