Customer Care Manager Job vacancy
A Leading USA - Multi national company located in 5th settlement is interested to hire Customer Care Manager:
Responsibilities:
1- To fully manage and develop company customer care team members including all related aspects.
2- Customer Communication Channels management: Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Email Tickets, Chat, WhatsApp, and Social Media channels.
3- Developing, monitoring and managing the Customer Care department goals and KPIs.
4- Creating and developing all required reports and analysis.
5- Managing periodic survey campaigns.
6- Monitoring all customer orders statuses and resolving all related issues.
7- Monitoring all customer orders delivery delays.
Qualification:
- B.A. Degree
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and writing).
- Excellent computer skills – search engine, and social media
Monthly Salary Range:
• 7,500 - 10,000 EGP with 2,500- 5,000 EGP commission (based on the provided KPIs by the Direct Manager)
• Social and Health insurance.
