CRM and Direct Marketing Supervisor Job vacancy A Leading USA - Multi national company located in 5th settlement is interested to hire CRM and Direct Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities: Excelling in managing company direct marketing and tele-sales program that aims to communicate with our existing customers in order to maintain the highest possible customer retention ratios. Designing, developing, and monitoring all tele-sales campaigns with the coordination with the Customer Care Manager to perform them through the Customer Care team. Creating and developing all related reports and analysis. Key Skills/Experience: - B.A Degree - Fluency in English and Arabic (verbal and writing). - At least 3 years of experience Direct Marketing - Strong people and partnership management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting - Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes like Google Analytics - A good understanding of the whole digital marketing mix Benefits: • Monthly Salary Range: 4,000 - 6,000 EGP with 2,000- 3,000 EGP commission (based on the provided KPIs by the Direct Manager). • Further Benefits: Social and Health insurance.
