Spoken and written. Responsibilities 1. Management of these activities and advance the work of all departments and units to achieve the desired results 2. Partnership with Chairman of the board of directors and colleagues of the company for the advancement and achieve the public policy of the company 3. Supervise on making the annual reports and periodic reports of previous activities 4. Guidance for enhancing the performance of the workers and previous products and also developing and improving the work and it's progress 5. Guidance and follow-up to the development and implementation of plans of periodic, preventive and therapeutic maintenance for company equipment 6. Guidance and follow-up of the heavy transportation business plan and repairing and renewing it 7. Guidance and follow up plans of manufacturing trusses and tins work for the company and for others benefit of ( studying bids – Making offers – inspection - the work of the Technical Office ) 8. Guidance to the work of marketing and external communications and analyze the results of tenders and recommendations 9. Supervision of the feasibility studies for development and renewal and replacement and to examine customer complaints and work to remove them 10. Supervising the implementation of quality management procedures in his department and a commitment to setting goals and positive interaction with the results of internal and external audits 11.
