Job Purpose: Managing the concerned category to ensure a smooth processes that leads to achieving his objectives and KPIs through assuring the full alignment with the Organization policies & objective in order to increase efficiency & effectiveness of the category in coordination with the other concerned department (Production & Supply Chain ) to avoid out of stock case. Educational Background: BSc of Supply Chain, Commerce or any related area. Master's degree is a plus. Experience: 4 – 7 years hands-on experience in FMCG field (raw and packing materials in chilled dairies, milk, Juices & Cheeses) Competencies: Excellent Negotiation & Communication skills Strong time management Business Acumen Cost Oriented Analysis & Reporting Skills Language Skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English Computer Skills: Professional user of Microsoft Office Package. Experience in ERP System is essential (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
