Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's’ needs.
• Suggest Marketing and Product/Service Development strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with new product features launches and ensures sales team members are on board.
• Selling Integrated Cloud solutions Salesforce.com, Google Enterprise Apps.
• Selling Google Apps for new customers and up selling to the existing ones.
Job Requirements
• BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field (With IT background).
• Solid sales experience in B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and Google apps Suite.
• Experience in cloud solution
• Proven work experience as a Sales Senior account manager (at least 2 years of experience).
• Experience managing and leading a high performance sales team.
• Very good English language.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Availability to travel as needed.
