-Handling all Medmark inbound & outbound PR, welcome and renewal calls.
-Providing excellent customer care through dealing with complex queries accurately and professionally.
-Act as the first point of contact with customers to resolve any request.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor of business administration or a relevant study.
-0-1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
-Excellence in Microsoft office tools.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Able to remain interested and focused when repeating information.
